SHAME - The Perpetual

Voyeurism, in its own ambit is treated as a wrongdoing. Just to have an official space for prudence doesn’t call for its existence in reality. But, Alas! The draconian law becomes unlawful, the crimes become heedless, the victimised panic but gather the thrust to complain and the draconian law becomes unlawful again. Yes, it is the Petitio Principii. (Circular Reasoning)

So once upon a time, the proliferation in Goa, of one of the clothing giant outlets - Fabindia, witnessed Mrs. Smriti Irani. She utilised the trial rooms and suddenly realised that she was being filmed. So the layout had the waiting list for handcuffs to be worn by the honourable MD and CEO’s and employees and of course when the chips were seen, they had it all.

The proof had its validity. So what do we infer from the above syllogism? That, if all cats are dogs and all dogs are rats, then all cats are rats? No.
To be precise, we have no clue as to who has done this, it can be anybody; the senior most executive himself, the employees working there or even the sweepers. But not all of them are rats here. It thus calls for more investigations to take place.

The highest authority is responsible for any kind of glitches in a company, because. So to take charge of the case and notch the commotion, the top executives of the company were arrested but, got an anticipatory bail. Now, why? A. Because they are rich. B. Because they did not intentionally film the women or the men. And the answer would be- Maybe Both.  So that becomes an illogical decision for a logical constraint for some, and otherwise for others.

Well, whatever it validates to and however it does, the only constant throughout remains the SHAME which is perennial. The Red Herring and the false dilemma that takes place in such cases is the erroneous mirage.
